That’s why we offer referral bonuses to show our appreciation to those who spread the word about the medical and healthcare-related careers we offer.
We pay generous bonuses valued up to $1,500 for every referred candidate not previously registered with RMC Healthcare who is placed in a direct-hire position with one of our clients. The amount of the bonus is determined by RMC Healthcare and is dependent on the candidate’s position, licensing and skill set.
Bonuses are payable after the referred candidate is placed in a direct-hire position and works a minimum of 100 days. Bonuses may be taxable according to applicable laws.
